WHO ARE COACHES ?

Coaches are people who at their core care about other people. Many people choose coaching as a profession because they are the go to person for family and friends. They are confidants, listeners, mentors and best friends. They follow their hearts and are passionate about people’s success, achievements and accomplishments in every area of their lives.

For many, coaching is a way to broaden a preexisting competence or experience helping people. Many coaches have advanced degrees or have worked in a specific industry for years. Some have held positions in a few different industries and found that they have a passion for helping people. For example, you will find nutritionists or personal trainers becoming wellness and health coaches, psychologists may convert to life coaching, finance professionals will become financial coaches, professionals of various sorts and entrepreneurs become career coaches.

Others may take an impactful life experience and create a niche that relates directly to what someone may be dealing with.
